• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented AI Graphic Designer \& Brand Creative Specialist to develop visually appealing designs, strengthen brand identities, and create engaging marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to use AI\-powered tools to improve creativity, productivity, and design quality.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Create AI\-assisted graphics, social media creatives, posters, banners, and digital advertisements.

● Design brochures, company profiles, presentations, and other corporate marketing materials.

● Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines. ● Create marketing campaign creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

● Develop promotional designs for recruitment, internships, corporate services, and client campaigns.

● Use AI tools to generate images, creative concepts, product visuals, and multiple design variations.

● Design YouTube thumbnails, infographics, website graphics, and other digital assets.

● Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across different platforms and client projects.

● Collaborate with the AI Content Creator \& Video Production Specialist to ensure consistency between video content and graphic designs.

● Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.

● Stay updated on graphic design trends, AI design tools, and emerging creative technologies.

● Manage multiple design projects and deliver high\-quality work within deadlines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

● 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

● Basic to good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software.

● Familiarity with AI\-powered design and image\-generation tools is an advantage.

● Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

● Creativity and the ability to translate marketing ideas into effective visual designs.

● Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.

● Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent branding across projects.

● A portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, or social media creatives is preferred.

• *Preferred Skills**

● Experience creating brand identities, logos, brochures, and corporate presentations.

● Familiarity with AI image\-generation and design tools.

● Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.

● Understanding of digital marketing and advertising design requirements.

● Ability to learn new tools quickly and work both independently and collaboratively.
