AI Head

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Head to lead the design, development and deployment of AI driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate should be a hands on technical leader with strong coding expertise who can architect AI systems, mentor developers and build scalable AI applications.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the AI team and define the company's AI roadmap.
• Design, develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Write, review and optimize production quality code.
• Build AI applications, chatbots, AI agents and automation workflows.
• Develop and integrate APIs and AI models into products.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams.
• Ensure code quality, security, scalability and performance.
• Mentor developers and establish coding and AI best practices.
• Evaluate and implement the latest AI technologies and frameworks.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.
• Above 3 years of software development experience
• Strong hands on coding experience is mandatory.
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP, LangChain/LlamaIndex and AI model integration.
• Experience building scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
