AI Implementation Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technology\-driven **AI Automation Executive** who can explore, implement, and manage AI\-powered tools and automation solutions across different departments of our ERP software company.

The candidate will work closely with HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Development, Finance, and other teams to identify repetitive tasks, improve workflows, enhance productivity, and introduce practical AI\-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify tasks and processes across departments that can be simplified or automated using AI tools.
• Explore and implement AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop AI\-powered workflows for HR, recruitment, sales, marketing, customer support, and internal operations.
• Automate repetitive activities such as report generation, data processing, email drafting, documentation, and follow\-ups.
• Assist teams in using AI tools effectively for their daily activities.
• Explore no\-code and low\-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
• Work with different departments to understand their requirements and suggest suitable automation solutions.
• Prepare basic documentation and conduct internal training sessions on AI tools.
• Keep track of new AI technologies and identify opportunities for their practical application.
• Measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.

Required Skills \& Knowledge

• Good practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.
• Understanding of AI\-powered automation and workflow management.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, data handling, and reporting.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple departments.
• Curiosity to learn and experiment with new AI tools and technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in AI tools, automation, or workflow improvement.
• Freshers who have completed relevant AI courses, certifications, or hands\-on projects may also apply.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical knowledge through projects, assignments, or use cases.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who is curious, proactive, and passionate about using AI to make everyday business operations smarter, faster, and more efficient. The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with tools and converting ideas into practical solutions.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
