• *Job Summary**

Axium Global is looking for an experienced and hands\-on **AI Lead / AI Solutions Architect** to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI\-powered solutions for business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and modern AI frameworks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and implement AI\-powered applications using Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.
• Build RAG\-based solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows, autonomous AI agents, and multi\-agent systems to automate complex business processes.
• Work with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex to build AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate AI models and frameworks to improve solution performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead AI solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, review solutions, and mentor Data Science and Machine Learning team members

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Strong professional experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and AI application development.
• Hands\-on expertise in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Practical knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and agentic AI architectures.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, data processing pipelines, and cloud\-based AI services.
• Understanding of model evaluation, hallucination mitigation, responsible AI, and application security.
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI APIs, or open\-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or FAISS.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Experience building enterprise\-grade AI assistants, intelligent automation solutions, or multi\-agent systems.
• Experience mentoring developers or guiding a small AI/ML team.

We are seeking a hands\-on technical professional who can independently design and build AI solutions while providing technical direction to a small AI team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete AI development lifecycle, from identifying business use cases and developing proof of concepts to deploying production\-ready applications.
