Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated **AI/ML Engineer** to design, develop, and deploy cutting\-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience building, training, fine\-tuning, and deploying ML models, with a strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role requires close collaboration with cross\-functional teams and availability to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build AI\-powered applications using LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI technologies.
• Fine\-tune and optimize open\-source and commercial foundation models.
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and AI automation workflows.
• Integrate AI models with REST APIs, web applications, and cloud platforms.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve AI systems.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams throughout the AI development lifecycle.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in **Python**.
• Experience with **TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn**, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands\-on experience with **Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, etc.)**.
• Experience building **RAG systems, AI Agents, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS)**.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and ML algorithms.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI automation tools such as n8n or Make.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model monitoring.
• Experience with Computer Vision or Speech AI.
• Familiarity with healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise AI applications.
• Contributions to open\-source AI projects or research publications are a plus.
