AI/ML Developer - Contract Role

• *Summary:**

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer who can design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for healthcare\-focused use cases. The ideal candidate will work closely with data teams, handle healthcare data, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions for healthcare industry needs.

\- Work with data engineers/analysts to preprocess, clean, and structure healthcare datasets.

\- Design and implement ML models for patient readmission, disease progression, medical image analysis, etc.

\- Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

\- Collaborate with healthcare clients to define project requirements and KPIs delivering measurable value.

\- Stay updated with ML advancements in healthcare\-specific applications.

\- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR and patient\-data privacy standards.

\- Monitor and fine\-tune ML models in production.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

2\+ years of hands\-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications.

Strong programming in Python and/or R, plus ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-Learn.

Understanding of healthcare data types – EHR/EMR, claims, imaging, genomics.

Familiar with AWS / Azure / GCP and deploying ML models in cloud environments.

Experience in healthcare\-specific AI use cases such as patient outcome prediction, medical imaging, NLP for clinical notes.

Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy \& regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR).

Good communication, analytical skills, and ability to translate technical concepts to non\-technical teams.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
