• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with practical experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, and OCR technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, YOLO, OpenCV, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and deploying AI\-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML applications using Python.
• Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop AI agents and automated workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement RAG pipelines for document processing, information retrieval, and context\-aware responses.
• Design and optimize prompts to improve AI response quality and accuracy.
• Develop computer vision solutions using YOLO and OpenCV for object detection, image processing, and visual analysis.
• Implement OCR solutions to extract and process text from images, scanned documents, and PDFs.
• Integrate AI models and services with backend applications through REST APIs.
• Work with vector databases for storing embeddings and performing semantic searches.
• Test, evaluate, debug, and optimize AI models and application performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI solutions into existing products and business workflows.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control using Git/GitHub.
• Assist with deploying and maintaining AI applications in development and production environments.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 1\.5 years of relevant hands\-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, YOLO, OpenCV, and OCR.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, embeddings, and vector search.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

• *Good to Have**

• Experience working with OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic APIs.
• Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with Tesseract, EasyOCR, PaddleOCR, or similar OCR tools.
• Experience with YOLO model training, fine\-tuning, or custom object detection.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience deploying end\-to\-end AI applications and monitoring their performance.

• *Additional Requirements**

• Must be available to work the **9:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift**.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates based in Pune are preferred due to urgent hiring.
• Candidates should be willing to work full\-time from the Pune office.
