Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis. You will work with the development team to build, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models to solve real\-world problems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data analysis and preprocessing.
• Implement AI/ML algorithms to solve business problems.
• Use Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Assist in developing AI\-powered applications and automation solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with software developers and data engineers to integrate ML models into applications.
• Research new AI/ML technologies, tools, and techniques.
• Test, debug, and improve model performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for projects and workflows.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
• Knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra fundamentals.
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit\-learn.
• Basic understanding of data preprocessing and visualization.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Deep Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with Flask, FastAPI, or REST APIs.
• Academic projects or internships related to AI/ML.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant certifications, internships, or practical AI/ML projects are encouraged to apply.
