AI/ML Developer

• *Role Overview:**We are looking for a skilled ML with 2 to 3 yrs of experience candiaddate to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced AI\-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with LangChain, building applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), and creating efficient pipelines for Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, and maintain applications leveraging LangChain to build workflows around LLMs.
• Implement Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for optimized AI/ML workflows.
• Develop custom pipelines for integrating Vector Databases like Pinecone or ChromaDB with LangChain.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate LangChain\-based solutions with APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Optimize the performance of LangChain\-based models for scalability and reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LangChain, LLMs, and related technologies.

• *Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:**

• Hands\-on experience with LangChain for building LLM\-based applications.
• Knowledge of Python and related libraries (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB) and vector embeddings.
• Understanding of Large Language Models and their applications (e.g., GPT, Llama).
• Experience working with APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data integration.

• *Soft Skills:**

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in building RAG pipelines and integrating with LLMs.
• Exposure to machine learning concepts and NLP techniques.
