AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI (8+ years)

Enqora Solutions is looking for an experienced **Senior AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI** with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and production\-grade Agentic AI applications.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions and multi\-agent systems in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production\-level AI/ML and Agentic AI applications using Python.
• Develop multi\-agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Build LLM\-powered applications involving agent orchestration, autonomous workflows, and tool calling.
• Implement Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, and external APIs.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production\-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Skills \& Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant AI/ML experience.
• Strong hands\-on Python programming experience.
• Proven experience deploying production\-level Agentic AI applications.
• Hands\-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of MCP, agent orchestration, and tool calling.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• AI security, guardrails, and responsible AI.
• Enterprise\-scale AI deployment experience.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote contractual opportunity with mandatory initial office visits.

Selected candidates must be comfortable completing **two office visits of two days each (2\+2 days)** during the first month for onboarding and equipment collection.

Possible office locations include Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Compensation

Up to ₹1,10,000 per month \+ GST, if applicable.
