Mid / Senior Engineer

• Design and develop ML models for collections propensity scoring, churn prediction, and customer segmentation.
• Build and deploy GenAI\-powered applications: agent assist tools, dynamic scripting engines, and document intelligence.
• Develop and maintain RPA bots using UiPath or Blue Prism for high\-volume back\-office process automation.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with client CRMs, LMS platforms, and telephony systems via REST APIs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to define model inputs, outputs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor deployed model performance — accuracy, drift, and business impact — with regular reporting.
• Document all solutions to production\-grade standards with clear handover for operations teams.
• Contribute to internal AI capability building: tooling, frameworks, and knowledge sharing.

• 3–6 years in applied ML/AI engineering in production environments.
• Strong Python proficiency: scikit\-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• REST API development and integration experience.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps principles.
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• Knowledge of BFSI or BPO domain data.
