• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **AI / ML Engineer (AI Automation Lead)** to architect and deliver enterprise\-grade AI automation solutions for the Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **Python, AI Agents, LLMs, workflow orchestration, cloud technologies, and scalable backend architectures**, with experience building production\-ready AI platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop AI\-powered automation platforms and intelligent workflows.
• Build scalable backend services using **Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django)**, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Implement workflow orchestration using **Temporal** (preferred) or equivalent platforms.
• Develop AI Agents using **CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel**, and integrate with **Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI/Azure OpenAI**.
• Design secure, event\-driven architectures with **OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC/ABAC**.
• Integrate Python services with **C\#/.NET**, enterprise applications, and third\-party APIs.
• Build AI\-driven Healthcare workflows across **RCM, Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, Prior Authorization, and Document Automation**.
• Drive AI Ops, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and production support.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices.
