AI/ML Engineer — Mohali

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Mohali. You will work on building intelligent, production\-ready systems using Large Language Models, Generative AI, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate is passionate about experimenting with cutting\-edge AI models and deploying scalable solutions using modern ML pipelines.

• *Responsibilities**

• Develop, fine\-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) using the latest AI/ML techniques
• Build AI\-driven applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and workflow orchestration tools
• Design and implement retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG) systems with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
• Create end\-to\-end AI pipelines covering model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Integrate APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and HuggingFace into production workflows
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate AI features into real\-world products
• Optimize model performance, latency, accuracy, and scalability for production environments
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, multi\-agent systems, and automation workflows

• *Requirements**

• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and mathematical concepts
• Hands\-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine\-tuning
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers)
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar workflow frameworks
• Experience building RAG systems, vector stores, embeddings, and memory architectures
• Strong understanding of API integration, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Good problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with multi\-agent systems, autonomous workflows, or AI agents
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and scalable AI deployment
• Exposure to open\-source LLMs (Llama, Mixtral, Phi, Qwen)
• Contributions to AI communities, GitHub projects, or research publications
