AI/ML Engineer

• *What We're Looking ForRequired**

• **3\+ years** of professional experience in ML/AI engineering or a closely related role (data science with production deployment experience counts).
• Proficiency in **Python** — not just notebooks, but structured application code with packaging, testing, and CI/CD.
• Hands\-on experience with at least two of: **predictive modeling** (scikit\-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow), **LLM integration** (API\-based or fine\-tuning), **speech/NLP pipelines**.
• Experience deploying ML models to production (not just training them) — model serving, monitoring, versioning.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: REST APIs, Git, SQL, containerization (Docker), infrastructure\-as\-code.
• Familiarity with **GCP** services (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Vertex AI) or equivalent cloud platform experience (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Strong communication skills — you'll work directly with clinicians and operations staff who aren't engineers.

• *Preferred**

• Experience in **healthcare/finance** or other regulated industries (HIPAA compliance, BAA requirements, PHI handling).
• Familiarity with **EHR data** formats and standards (HL7, FHIR R4, X12 837/835\).
• Experience with **Temporal** or similar workflow orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect).
• Background in **voice/speech** tech — ASR model evaluation, Whisper fine\-tuning, telephony integration (Twilio/SIP).
• Exposure to **React/Next.js** for building internal ML\-powered tools and dashboards.
• Experience with **MLOps** tooling: experiment tracking (MLflow, W\&B), feature stores, model registries.
