Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Senior AI/ML Developer** to design, develop, and deploy enterprise\-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud\-native technologies. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to build scalable AI applications, automate intelligent workflows, and deliver production\-ready AI solutions across the complete software development lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI/ML Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and applications for enterprise use cases.
• Build production\-ready machine learning pipelines and AI\-powered software solutions.
• Develop innovative solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced machine learning techniques.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability for real\-world applications.

Generative AI \& Large Language Models

• Develop applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
• Implement prompt engineering, model fine\-tuning, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build AI\-powered conversational systems, recommendation engines, and content generation workflows.

Machine Learning \& Data Science

• Apply machine learning techniques including deep learning, NLP, NLU, computer vision, semantic understanding, intent classification, and speech recognition.
• Design and evaluate ML models using statistical analysis, experimentation, and optimization techniques.
• Develop data pipelines and support large\-scale data processing for AI applications.

Cloud \& MLOps

• Deploy AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable AI deployments.

Collaboration \& Innovation

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Support Agile development practices and continuous product delivery.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Promote AI/ML best practices, governance, and responsible AI development.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in **Python** and AI/ML application development.
• Hands\-on experience with **OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs**.
• Experience with **TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit\-learn, and MLflow**.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Experience with **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
• Hands\-on knowledge of **Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines**.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience developing enterprise\-scale AI/ML products and production\-ready AI solutions.
• Experience working with distributed, cross\-functional, and global teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and best practices.
• Experience in marketing technology, content intelligence, or recommendation systems is an added advantage.
