AI/ML PROJECT MANAGER

Experience: 8–12 years overall, with 3–5 years of relevant AI/ML project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AI/ML projects end\-to\-end, from requirement gathering and feasibility assessment to development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Coordinate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, and business stakeholders.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and delivery KPIs.

Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve implementation challenges.

Ensure successful transition of AI/ML solutions from PoC to production.

Manage stakeholder communication, project governance, and delivery reporting.

Required Experience

Proven experience managing and successfully delivering AI/ML projects end\-to\-end.

Hands\-on exposure to AI/ML implementation, including model development coordination, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Experience managing cross\-functional technical teams and Agile projects.

Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to Generative AI/LLM projects is an advantage.

Technical Understanding

Understanding of ML fundamentals, model training, validation, and evaluation metrics.

Knowledge of data pipelines, data quality, model deployment, and MLOps.

Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, production monitoring, and model performance.

Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG is preferred.

Essential Skills

Strong project planning, execution, and delivery management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Risk management, problem\-solving, and cross\-functional team coordination.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.

Key Hiring Requirement

Candidates must have proven experience managing AI/ML projects from initiation through production deployment and available in the market. Candidates with only conventional IT project management experience or theoretical AI/ML knowledge will not be suitable.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
