Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **AI/ML Trainer with prior teaching experience** to teach and mentor students in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python Programming, and Data Science.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom training sessions, explaining technical concepts, delivering practical demonstrations, and guiding students through assignments and projects.

• *Important:** This position is specifically for teaching and training students in an educational institute. We are looking for a candidate with proven teaching or training experience, not an industrial trainer or a software developer focused solely on development work.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach students Python Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Conduct classroom\-based teaching sessions with practical demonstrations.
• Explain technical concepts in a simple, structured, and student\-friendly manner.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Guide students through hands\-on projects and real\-world case studies.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Resolve students' doubts and provide academic guidance.
• Keep course content updated with relevant AI/ML tools and technologies.

Required Skills \& Experience

• Minimum 2\+ years of **prior teaching or training experience** in AI/ML, Python, Data Science, or a related technical subject.
• Strong expertise in Python Programming.
• Hands\-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Good knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn, and other relevant Python libraries.
• Experience teaching students in a classroom or educational institute.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in an easy\-to\-understand manner.

Important Candidate Criteria

• **Prior teaching/training experience is mandatory.**
• Candidates must have experience teaching students, preferably in a classroom or institute environment.
• Candidates with only software development or industrial experience and no teaching experience will not be suitable.
• Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula (Tricity), or those willing to work on\-site in Mohali may apply.
