AI Native Developer

### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI Native Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying cutting\-edge applications that are inherently built around Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models. This role requires a deep understanding of AI principles, machine learning lifecycles, and modern software development practices to create intelligent, scalable, and robust solutions. You will be instrumental in transforming complex business problems into AI\-powered features and products, working closely with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and product managers.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, and implement AI\-native applications and services, integrating various machine learning models and algorithms.
• Utilize prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions with large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems.
• Develop robust APIs and microservices to expose AI functionalities to other applications and platforms.
• Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition experimental models into production\-ready, scalable solutions.
• Optimize AI model performance, latency, and resource utilization for efficient deployment and inference.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of AI\-powered applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, proposing and experimenting with new tools and techniques.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire AI application stack.

### **Working Days \& Hours:**

Monday to Friday \- 10am to 7pm
