What you'll likely work on

✅ Building and shipping features for client websites and web apps

✅ Using Claude / Claude Code daily to write, debug, and refactor code

✅ Integrating AI capabilities (chatbots, smart search, content tools) into real projects

✅ Working across React/Node\-style stacks alongside senior developers

✅ Collaborating with designers and digital marketers on AI\-integrated builds

Who we're looking for

▸ Genuine, demonstrable comfort using AI coding tools (Claude, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)

▸ Basic full\-stack fundamentals HTML/CSS/JS, and some backend exposure

▸ A portfolio of personal or academic projects, even small ones

▸ Curiosity about how AI is changing software development, not just interest in a "coding job"
