AI Operations Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for an **AI Implementor (Tourism \& Hospitality)** to drive the digital transformation of our travel services. You will design, deploy, and manage AI\-driven solutions including personalized itinerary builders, multi\-lingual customer service bots, dynamic pricing algorithms, and automated guest experience workflows to improve operational efficiency and visitor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• **Travel Systems Integration:** Connect AI models and LLM APIs to travel industry backends (Amadeus, Sabre, Opera PMS, Salesforce Travel Cloud).
• **AI Concierge \& Customer Care:** Build and optimize multi\-lingual virtual assistants and voice agents capable of handling booking inquiries, reservations, and real\-time travel disruptions 24/7\.
• **Hyper\-Personalization Engines:** Develop Recommendation\-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using visitor preferences, real\-time location data, and historical travel trends to curate custom itineraries.
• **Predictive Demand \& Dynamic Pricing:** Implement Machine Learning models to forecast seasonal visitor flows, optimize room/tour pricing, and manage crowd traffic at peak tourist destinations.
• **Data Security \& Compliance:** Ensure all AI implementations conform to international traveler privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) and secure handling of payment/passport data.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **Core Technologies:** Python, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, FastAPI, SQL.
• **AI \& Automation Tools:** LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, Pinecone/Weaviate (Vector DBs), Rasa/Dialogflow.
• **Domain Knowledge:** Understanding of travel technology standards (OTA APIs, GDS protocols, PMS workflows, Google Places/Maps APIs).
• **Experience:** 3\+ years in software integration or data engineering, with 1–2 years specifically building and deploying production\-level AI solutions in travel, retail, or hospitality.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
