The Opportunity

This is an end\-to\-end product engineering role—not a research\-only or dashboard\-only role. You will help build multiple internal AI products that improve supply\-chain processes, logistics operations, commercial workflows, and day\-to\-day internal efficiency.

You will work across frontend, backend, AI workflows, integrations, and product delivery. Claude Code and Codex will be core development tools in your workflow, alongside sound engineering judgment, testing, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and ship end\-to\-end internal web products for logistics, supply\-chain, commercial, and operational teams.

· Develop clear frontend interfaces and dependable backend services, APIs, and database\-backed workflows.

· Design and build multi\-step agentic AI workflows that automate commercial operations, including task tracking, competitive pricing analysis, campaign performance monitoring, and marketing\-spend optimisation.

· Build human\-in\-the\-loop interfaces that allow business users to review, approve, or override AI\-generated recommendations before action is taken.

· Integrate AI agents with internal data platforms, ERP systems, CRM tools, and third\-party APIs so they can access the data required to make useful recommendations.

· Create AI\-powered automations and decision\-support tools that improve accuracy, speed, visibility, and process consistency.

· Use Claude Code and Codex to prototype, build, test, debug, and improve production\-ready products responsibly.

· Partner with operations and business users to understand workflow pain points, define practical solutions, and measure results after launch.

Required Skills \& Experience

· 6 months to 2 years of hands\-on experience building web applications, internal tools, or software products.

· Frontend development experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.

· Backend development experience building APIs, working with databases, and integrating third\-party services.

· Working knowledge of SQL, Git, debugging, testing, and deployment fundamentals.

· Strong logical reasoning, structured problem\-solving, and the ability to turn ambiguous business problems into clear technical tasks.

· Basic understanding of system design: APIs, databases, integrations, data flow, reliability, and scalable application structure.

· Comfort using AI\-assisted development tools. Experience with Claude Code and/or Codex is strongly preferred.

· Clear English communication skills. Telugu and Hindi are preferred for collaboration with local teams.

Portfolio Requirement

Please share a Git repository or portfolio that demonstrates internal AI projects, end\-to\-end products, workflow automation, agentic systems, or relevant frontend/backend work. **We value clear problem framing, thoughtful implementation, and evidence of learning—not only polished demos.**

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

· Understand key business workflows and identify high\-value opportunities for AI\-enabled process improvement.

· Contribute across frontend and backend to ship useful features or a production\-ready internal tool.

· Build or materially improve an integrated workflow using operational data, APIs, or internal systems.

· Demonstrate reliable use of Claude Code and Codex while maintaining sound engineering practices and human review where needed.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
