• *Position Overview**

We are looking for an AI\-first SEO professional who can drive organic growth through Technical SEO, On\-Page SEO, Off\-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and automation to improve search visibility, streamline workflows, and optimize content for traditional search engines and AI\-powered search experiences.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for client websites.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis using AI\-assisted research.
• Perform technical SEO audits and improve crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, redirects, and structured data.
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, image alt tags, internal links, and landing pages.
• Execute ethical link\-building, guest posting, digital PR, and backlink monitoring campaigns.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles, Google Maps visibility, local landing pages, citations, and online reputation.
• Implement AI SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI\-powered search platforms and conversational assistants.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, AI summaries, FAQs, semantic search, and topical authority.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline keyword research, schema generation, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop SEO content calendars and topical authority clusters.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Manage event tracking and event implementation, analyze Google Search Console and GA4 data, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Monitor algorithm updates, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend data\-driven improvements.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical, On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Local SEO.
• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Expertise in technical SEO audits, website optimization, and structured data implementation.
• Understanding of E\-E\-A\-T, semantic SEO, and topical authority principles.
• Experience with AI\-powered search optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is preferred.
• Experience in Local SEO for retail or multi\-location businesses is an added advantage.

• *Technical Skills**

• SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and Looker Studio.
• Preferred Tools: Sitebulb, Surfer SEO, Frase, Clearscope, MarketMuse, and Rankability.
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI platforms.
• Technical SEO: XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, schema markup, crawlability, and indexability.
• Schema Markup: Organization, Local Business, Product, FAQ, Article, and Breadcrumb schema.
• Website Optimization: Core Web Vitals, page speed, website performance, and conversion\-focused landing page optimization.
• Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Analytics \& Reporting: Keyword tracking, organic traffic analysis, conversion tracking, event tracking, ROI measurement, and performance reporting.
• AI Automation: AI\-assisted research, content optimization, workflow automation, and tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
