The Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and highly skilled AI Software Developer to join our team in Kharghar. You will be responsible for building custom software integrated with AI capabilities, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

\- Build custom web applications and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and React/Next.js.

\- Design and implement Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search.

\- Develop autonomous agents and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

\- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Groq, or local models) into business applications.

\- Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code.

Required Technical Skills

\- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI (or Node.js/Express).

\- Hands\-on experience with React.js or Next.js for frontend development.

\- Practical experience building AI applications using LangChain or LangGraph.

\- Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).

\- Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture is a plus.

Our Hiring Process

4\. Final In\-Person Interview (with CEO \& HR team)

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
