• *Position:** AI Solutions Analyst– Business Transformation

• *Summary**

Bridge between business and IT, who also builds and deploys AI assistants and copilots end\-to\-end, from requirements to adoption.

• *Responsibilities**

• Gather requirements, identify process improvements and AI use cases with business stakeholders.
• Design, build and deploy copilots, chatbots and GenAI apps (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Claude).
• Build RAG solutions on enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate assistants with Teams, M365, SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow or Jira.
• Optimise prompts and workflows, monitor quality, apply Responsible AI practices.
• Support PoCs, rollout, user adoption and continuous improvement.

• *Must have**

• 3–5 years in business analysis, digital solutions or AI delivery.
• 1–2 years hands\-on with GenAI / LLM applications.
• At least 2 AI bots or copilots delivered to production by yourself.
• Practical RAG experience (vector search, enterprise data).
• Cloud exposure (Azure preferred) and good Python or low\-code skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication in English.
• Experience with LangChain, Claude Code or Azure AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow integration.
• Basic ML or MLOps/CI/CD understanding.
• Operations or manufacturing domain knowledge.

• *Education**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or a related field.
