AI Solutions Engineer

• *The interview process will include the following rounds:**

1st: Online Quickfire Test.

2nd: Personal Interview with HR.

3rd: Aptitude Test \- Attention to Detail, Numerical \& Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning.

4th: Interview Round with HR Manager.

5th: Interview round with the HOD.

• *Upon selection, candidates will undergo one week of classroom\-based process training followed by an assessment. Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will move to the operations floor. Those who fail the assessment will not continue in the selection process.**

• *Training Period:** 2 Months (Candidate will receive half salary during the training period). This is the maximum duration and may be reduced.

• *Probation Period:** 6 Months (Candidate will receive full salary during the probation period).

• *Note:** Rs. 1800/\- PF \& Rs. 200/\- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

• *Job Description:**

We are seeking an innovative, agile, and tech\-savvy AI Solutions Engineer to help accelerate the evolution of our ERP system. In this role, you won't just be maintaining legacy code; you will be experimenting at the cutting edge of AI. You will use advanced prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, and AI\-driven workflows to design, build, and test next\-generation features and UX concepts.

If you love tinkering with AI tools, turning abstract business logic into automated realities, and building "proof\-of\-concept" demos at lightning speed, this role is for you.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

1\. Rapid Prototyping \& PoCs: Design, generate, and experiment with front\-end UX and software prototypes using AI\-assisted tools to create functional demos for the ERP system.

2\. AI Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and optimize complex AI prompts to execute specific business logic, data transformations, and automated decision\-making.

3\. Workflow Automation: Identify bottlenecks in our current processes and build automated workflows integrating AI capabilities with our ERP infrastructure.

4\. Collaborative Experimentation: Work closely with technology and business teams to translate operational needs into technical experiments, proving what is possible before full\-scale production

• *Skills:**

1\. Tech \& AI Literacy: Strong foundational background in technology, cloud systems, or software development concepts. Highly proficient with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI developer tools.

2\. The "Hacker" Mindset: A proven track record of building Proof of Concepts (PoCs) quickly. Experience with low\-code/no\-code automation tools or rapid UI prototyping tools is a massive plus.

3\. Logic \& Systems Thinking: Ability to dissect complex business rules and translate them into structured prompts or automated logic flows.

4\. Agile \& Adaptable: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid pivoting, and continuous experimentation.

• *Qualification:**

Bachelors in Technology or Computer Science or Data Science or Applied AI, alternatively have done a certified course in AI or has internship or prior work experience in Project Management or AI related roles.
