BK Nexus Enterprises is expanding its training and placement initiatives with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, emerging technologies, and career\-oriented professional training.

We are looking for passionate and skilled AI Trainers who can deliver practical, industry\-oriented training to students, graduates, working professionals, and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Artificial Intelligence Training

\- Deliver training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and its real\-world applications.

\- Explain AI fundamentals, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

\- Train students on Generative AI concepts and AI\-powered productivity tools.

\- Demonstrate practical applications of AI in different industries.

2\. Generative AI \& AI Tools

\- Provide hands\-on training on ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI platforms.

\- Teach prompt engineering and effective AI communication techniques.

\- Train participants to use AI for content creation, research, presentations, automation, and business applications.

\- Introduce AI\-based workflows and productivity solutions.

3\. Practical Training \& Projects

\- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.

\- Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, assessments, and project\-based learning.

\- Guide students in completing AI\-based mini\-projects and real\-world use cases.

\- Evaluate participants' performance and provide feedback.

4\. Career \& Industry Readiness

\- Prepare students for AI\-related job opportunities and emerging technology roles.

\- Conduct practical sessions, mock interviews, and technical assessments.

\- Explain AI career pathways and industry expectations.

\- Support placement\-oriented training programs.

5\. Training Coordination

\- Coordinate with the internal training and placement team.

\- Deliver classroom, online, and corporate training sessions.

\- Customize training modules according to student and employer requirements.

\- Maintain attendance, assessment, and training progress reports.

Required Technical Skills

\- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

\- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and AI productivity tools.

\- Prompt engineering and AI application development knowledge.

\- Basic knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, and data analytics is preferred.

\- Knowledge of AI automation tools and no\-code/low\-code platforms is an advantage.

\- Practical project experience in AI\-based applications is highly preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

\- B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, MCA, MSc, or equivalent qualifications preferred.

\- Candidates with relevant AI training or industry experience can apply.

\- Freshers with strong AI knowledge and practical project experience may also be considered.

\- Previous teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is an advantage.

\- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Language Requirements

\- English communication is preferred for technical training.

\- Telugu and Hindi are additional advantages for handling diverse student groups.

Compensation

\- Salary will be decided based on experience, technical expertise, training capabilities, and interview performance.

\- Experienced AI professionals and corporate trainers may be offered higher compensation.

\- Part\-time, full\-time, and project\-based training opportunities may be considered.
