About the Role

Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP) is looking for creative and technically skilled AI Video Editors \& Motion Graphics Designers to produce engaging, high\-quality digital content using AI\-powered tools and professional video editing software.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, animation, and AI\-assisted content creation, with the ability to transform creative concepts into compelling videos for educational, promotional, and digital marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• **Video Editing:** Edit and produce high\-quality videos, promotional films, advertisements, social media reels, and short\-form digital content.
• **AI\-Assisted Content Creation:** Use AI tools to generate video clips, images, voiceovers, scripts, animations, and other creative assets.
• **Motion Graphics \& Animation:** Create engaging motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, visual effects, and 2D animations.
• **Educational Content:** Develop creative videos for stories, poems, children's learning content, educational books, and academic resources.
• **Creative Storytelling:** Convert concepts, scripts, stories, and poems into visually appealing video content.
• **Social Media Content:** Create reels, shorts, advertisements, and platform\-specific videos for digital campaigns.
• **Audio \& Visual Enhancement:** Handle sound design, background music, voice synchronization, colour correction, and final video polishing.
• **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain high standards of quality.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work with editorial, marketing, design, and content teams to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills \& Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI video and creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual effects.
• Ability to create engaging stories, poems, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Knowledge of audio editing, sound effects, voiceovers, and colour grading.
• Strong creative thinking, visualisation, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and AI\-assisted creative work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related discipline.
• Experience in educational publishing, children's content, digital marketing, or advertising will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI\-generated characters, lip\-syncing, text\-to\-video, image\-to\-video, and AI voice generation.

Experience

Candidates with **1–5 years of relevant experience** in video editing, motion graphics, animation, or AI\-assisted content production are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
