• *About the Role**

We are looking for a highly execution\-driven Operations Manager to lead large\-scale AIS\-140 device

deployments and field operations. This role requires strong expertise in field team management,

installation quality, and operational efficiency across fleet projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Drive end\-to\-end deployment of AIS\-140 devices across buses, taxis, and commercial fleets

● Plan and execute daily installation schedules to meet project timelines

● Manage and lead field technicians, supervisors, and vendor partners

● Monitor and improve

○ Installations per day

○ First\-time\-right (FTR) installations

○ Device activation rates

● Ensure strict adherence to AIS\-140 compliance and installation SOPs

● Conduct field audits, quality checks, and training sessions

● Manage installation vendors and track SLA performance

● Oversee post\-installation support and service SLAs

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce rework

● Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards for leadership

• *Key Requirements :**

● 4–5 years of experience in

○ Telematics / IoT / Automotive / Field Operations

● Hands\-on experience in

○ GPS / AIS\-140 device installations (preferred)

○ Managing field teams and vendors

● Strong understanding of

○ Vehicle electrical systems (wiring, ignition connections)

○ GPS/GSM\-based tracking devices

• *● Proven ability to:**

○ Manage high\-volume deployments

○ Drive execution and meet strict timelines

• *Education \& Preferred Qualification**

● B.E / B.Tech in

○ Electronics / Electrical / Automobile

● Certification or exposure in

○ Telematics / IoT systems

○ Automotive electronics

○ Vehicle diagnostics

Pay: ₹1,800,000\.00 per year

• AIS \-140 Operations: 3 years (Required)
