We are looking for an experienced **Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Lead** with **6–10 years of total experience**, to design and deliver scalable, data\-driven customer engagement solutions. You will work closely with marketing, business, and technical stakeholders to build real\-time personalized journeys and optimize customer experiences using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO.

• Design AJO architecture and implement solutions aligned with Adobe best practices.
• Build and manage **AEP/AJO data models, schemas (XDM), data flows, and ingestion jobs**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Segmentation, Journey Canvas, Campaigns, and Decision Management**.
• Strong understanding of **Identity Graph, Real\-Time Customer Profile, and Segmentation Service**.
• Experience with **SQL, REST APIs, and AJO/AEP integrations**.
• Configure **data collection and mapping into XDM**.
• Implement **batch and event\-based segmentation** and optimize journeys/campaigns.
• Work on **Offer Decisioning (UI \& APIs), reporting, audit, and monitoring**.
• Troubleshoot and maintain **AJO environment health**.
• Strong **client communication**, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.
