• *Media Mantra Global** is looking for a passionate **Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing** to join our growing team in **Gurugram**!

• *What You’ll Do:**

Plan \& execute performance marketing campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads \& LinkedIn Ads**

Drive **lead generation, conversions \& ROI\-focused campaigns**

Monitor and optimize **CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS \& conversion rates**

Conduct audience, keyword \& competitor research

Develop and execute **A/B testing strategies**

Analyze campaign performance and create insightful reports

Collaborate with creative, content, social media \& client servicing teams

Manage budgets and identify opportunities to scale campaigns

• *What We’re Looking For:**

✅ **3–5 years of experience** in Performance Marketing

✅ Hands\-on experience with **Google Ads \& Meta Ads Manager**

✅ Strong understanding of digital funnels, retargeting \& conversion optimization

✅ Knowledge of **GA4, Google Tag Manager \& conversion tracking**

✅ Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

✅ Agency experience is a plus!
