Amazon Ads Specialist

• *About the Role :**

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ads Specialist to independently manage and scale Amazon advertising accounts for our international client base. You will own campaign strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and the wider Amazon Ads ecosystem, with a strong focus on profitable growth, ACoS efficiency, and TACoS improvement.

This role suits someone who lives inside Seller Central and the Amazon Ads console, thinks in terms of search terms and ad\-to\-organic lift, and is comfortable presenting results and strategy directly to clients in the US, UK, EU, and other marketplaces.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Manage campaign structures, keyword research, bids, budgets, placements, and targeting strategies.
• Optimize campaign performance to achieve ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS targets.
• Analyze search term reports, competitor strategies, and advertising metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Support product launches and improve ad performance through listing optimization.
• Monitor key metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ad sales vs. organic sales.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with international clients and internal teams while managing multiple accounts and deadlines.

• *Important Requirements:**

• A minimum of **5\+ years of hands\-on experience as an Amazon Ads Specialist** is mandatory. Candidates with experience in other fields or expertise limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads should not apply. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong expertise in Amazon Advertising.
• Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, and we are open to offering a competitive hike based on current compensation and expertise. However, the candidate must be capable of driving sales growth for client accounts, taking ownership of performance, and being accountable for overall account growth.
