Amazon E-commerce Operations Executive

About the Company

We are looking for a responsible, mature, and dedicated professional to manage our day\-to\-day Amazon e\-commerce backend operations and inventory coordination.

This is a long\-term opportunity for someone who is organized, communicates professionally in English, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Amazon Account Management
• Manage day\-to\-day Amazon Seller Central backend operations.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings.
• Manage product images, descriptions, titles, and listing information.
• Monitor listing status and resolve basic account\-related issues.
• Inventory \& Stock Management
• Maintain accurate records of finished product stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify low\-stock products.
• Coordinate stock updates and maintain inventory reports.
• Ensure proper stock planning to avoid stock shortages.
• Raw Material \& Supplier Coordination
• Communicate with suppliers through professional emails.
• Check and follow up on raw material availability.
• Coordinate raw material requirements and purchase updates.
• Maintain proper communication records with suppliers.
• Amazon PPC \& Advertising (Additional Responsibility)
• Assist in managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Monitor advertising performance and campaign reports.
• Support advertising optimization and improvements.

Required Skills \& Qualities

• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable communicating professionally through email.
• Good computer knowledge and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Mature, responsible, organized, and detail\-oriented.
• Good follow\-up skills and a problem\-solving attitude.
• Must be interested in a stable, long\-term association with the company.
