Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.\</p\>\<p\>\</p\>\<p\>The Middleware Administrator plays a critical role in providing operational support for enterprise integration platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.\</p\>\<p\>\</p\>\<p\>\<b\>How you’ll make an impact:\</b\>\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>Provide end\-to\-end operational support for the Integration platform, ensuring platform stability, performance, and reliable message processing across environments.\</li\>\<li\>Perform instance\-level operational monitoring and routine maintenance activities, including:\</li\>\<li\>Filesystem housekeeping and cleanup\</li\>\<li\>Restarting JVM\-based components (e.g. application nodes, application spaces, and integration services)\</li\>\<li\>Restarting integration runtime and administrative services\</li\>\<li\>Restarting platform monitoring and agent processes\</li\>\<li\>Restarting host adapter or connectivity services\</li\>\<li\>Monitor the Integration platform to ensure operational readiness, platform health, and reliable message flow using enterprise monitoring and observability tools.\</li\>\<li\>Perform advanced monitoring and maintenance activities, proactively identifying and resolving performance, capacity, and availability issues.\</li\>\<li\>Troubleshoot and resolve integration platform and integration flow issues independently, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\</li\>\<li\>Provide technical guidance, oversight, and knowledge transfer to junior team members.\</li\>\<li\>Plan and execute software patching, hotfixes, and minor platform upgrades, ensuring appropriate validation and adherence to change and release management processes.\</li\>\<li\>Manage and validate backup, restore, and recovery processes, including periodic testing and documentation updates.\</li\>\<li\>Support deployment activities, including deployment validation, rollback coordination, and post\-deployment health checks.\</li\>\<li\>Create and maintain support documentation, including knowledge articles for common issues, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine and advanced tasks, and runbooks for incident handling and recovery.\</li\>\<li\>Contribute to system or process improvements.\</li\>\</ul\>\<p\>\</p\>\<p\>\<b\>What you’ll need (Required):\</b\>\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration (or equivalent/relevant fields)\</li\>\<li\>3\-5 years of experience in an integration platform support role, preferably supporting TIBCO platforms.\</li\>\<li\>Hands on knowledge of Linux operating system having clarity on Linux concepts like filesystem management, resource utilization, log analysis.\</li\>\<li\>Hands\-on knowledge of complete BusinessWorks 6 Runtime environment.\</li\>\<li\>Experience in troubleshooting TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 environment runtime issues on Linux OS.\</li\>\<li\>Hands\-on knowledge of TIBCO Enterprise Message Service, TEA and HAWK.\</li\>\<li\>Basic understanding of shell scripts.\</li\>\<li\>Basic understanding of CI/CD using Jenkins and SVN\</li\>\</ul\>\<p\>\</p\>\<p\>\<b\>What else we look for (Preferred):\</b\>\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>Experience with EDI, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2020 or Progress MOVEit Automation\</li\>\<li\>Demonstrates knowledge of IT best practices.
