• *Work you’ll do**

As a Team Member in our Assurance team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

You’ll

• Design and implement end\-to\-end CLM solutions based on business requirements
• Configure workflows, templates, clause libraries, approval processes, and integrations
• Customize CLM features such as document generation, contract workflows, and reporting
• Gather and analyze business requirements from legal, procurement, sales, and compliance teams
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Recommend best practices for CLM processes and automation
• Integrate CLM with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Collaborate with developers on API integrations and data migration
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after implementation
• Develop and execute test plans, UAT support, and validation
• Support deployment and release management activities
• Ensure high\-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines
• Provide end\-user training and prepare test cases, test scripts, user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Support change management and adoption initiatives
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and leadership
• Participate in workshops, demos, and solution presentations

• *Qualifications**

• BE, MBA, MCA ,CA ICI Certified/ Sirion Certified, Docusign /conga certified Proven experience in implementing and configuring CLM solutions, with a focus on documentation.
• Familiarity with CLM software platforms and technologies.
• Strong understanding of legal and contractual frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and documented training sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross\-functional teams.
• Problem\-solving skills and attention to detail in optimizing CLM processes.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration processes, with documented experience.
• Familiarity with relevant industry tools, frameworks, and documentation standards.
