• *Job Title:** OneStream Analyst

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented OneStream Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the OneStream platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions while ensuring data integrity and system performance.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Configure and maintain OneStream applications, including metadata, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into OneStream solutions.
• Develop and maintain business rules, Cube Views, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform data loading, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to integrate OneStream with ERP systems.
• Provide end\-user support, training, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

### **Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with OneStream or another EPM platform (such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Oracle EPM).
• Strong understanding of:
• Financial Consolidation
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• FP\&A processes
• Financial Reporting
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of VB.NET or Python is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

### **Preferred Skills**

• OneStream implementation experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Understanding of cloud\-based SaaS applications.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
