• Advertise vacancies across internal and external job boards and recruitment channels.
• Source candidates for niche, specialist, and hard\-to\-fill roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools.
• Screen applications and conduct candidate screening interviews to assess suitability.
• Will be managing candidates via AI based ATS system
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Deliver a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular recruitment updates.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Share market intelligence, talent trends, and salary insights to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies.

• *Skills \& Experience**

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably within the UK market.
• Proficiency in ATS and AI\-enabled recruitment technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting for niche or specialist roles.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
