Analyst Trainee

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Analyst Trainee to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo an initial training period to understand business processes, software solutions, functional consulting, client communication, and software testing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into functional specifications.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business needs, clarify requirements, and provide updates.
• Assist in functional consulting activities, including understanding business workflows and identifying suitable software solutions.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documents, process flows, and project\-related documentation.
• Perform software testing to verify functionality, identify bugs, and ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Coordinate with developers to report issues, clarify requirements, and track resolutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist clients in validating implemented solutions.
• Learn and understand ERP systems, business processes, and project implementation methodologies.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or a related field.
• Interest in business analysis, functional consulting, client communication, and software testing.
• No prior work experience is required.

• *Training Period \& Salary Structure**

• **Training Duration:** Initial 3 months.
• **Training Compensation:** The training period will be unpaid.
• **Salary Commencement:** Salary will begin from the 4th month, subject to successful completion of the training period and performance evaluation.
• **Salary Range:** ₹8,000–₹14,000 per month, depending on the candidate's performance, learning progress, and overall evaluation during training.

During the training period, the candidate will learn the company's products, business processes, functional consulting, client communication, documentation, and software testing practices. Based on performance and learning progress, the candidate will gradually take on project responsibilities and work with clients and internal teams.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹14,000\.00 per month
