Analytics Solution- Associate

As an Analytics Solution Associate at JPMorgan Chase, you will design and maintain Databricks DDL models that support FORCE analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, and dashboards. You will drive performance engineering across data platforms by implementing partitioning, ZORDER, OPTIMIZE commands, constraints, and caching. Key responsibilities include defining normalized schemas, slowly changing dimensions (SCDs), and surrogate keys. You will enforce modeling standards, establish validation and reconciliation controls, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Collaboration is essential, and you will align project deliveries with measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure effective outcomes and business alignment.
