• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **API 653 Tank Inspector – Aramco CBT Approved** to join our Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for tank inspection, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), inspection documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable inspection standards and project requirements.

• *Qualifications and Requirements**

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid API 653 certification with Aramco CBT approval.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant tank inspection experience.
• Additional NDE and welding inspection certifications, such as CSWIP 3\.1, are advantageous.
• NDT Level II certification.
• Strong knowledge of non\-destructive testing (NDT/NDE) methods.
• Experience in tank inspection, repair, alteration, and rerating of in\-service storage tanks.
• Ability to prepare detailed inspection reports and quality documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Perform tank inspection activities in accordance with applicable API standards and project requirements.
• Inspect storage tanks during maintenance, shutdowns, repairs, and project execution.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise field inspection activities.
• Coordinate with clients, inspection bodies, and project teams.
• Determine thickness measurement locations and evaluate NDE results to identify necessary repairs.
• Inspect welds and coordinate NDE activities during shutdown and turnaround projects.
• Review NDE reports and destructive testing documentation.
• Conduct visual inspections, witness pneumatic testing, and perform system walkdowns.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain inspection records.
• Identify and report non\-conformities to the reporting manager.
• Support the preparation and review of quality assurance and quality control documents.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection requirements, and HSE procedures.

• *Working Conditions**

• 6 working days per week.
• 10 working hours per day.
• Work locations may vary across Saudi Arabia depending on project requirements.
• Candidates must be capable of working under pressure and handling extended working hours when required.
