• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application designs and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong knowledge of application design and development principles within mainframe environments.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing Cobol programs for enhanced performance.
• Familiarity with batch processing and transaction management on mainframe systems.
• Ability to work with legacy systems and integrate them with modern business processes.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
