Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle SOA Suite 12c and OSB.
- Monitor and resolve production issues in middleware environments.

Troubleshoot SOAP/REST integration failures.Support WebLogic Server configuration and adapter\-related issues.Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents.Use SQL/PLSQL for data validation and issue investigation.Coordinate with cross\-functional teams for issue resolution.Follow ITIL/ITSM processes for incident and change management.Support scheduled shifts and weekend/on\-call activities.- Oracle SOA Suite 12c (mandatory support experience)
- Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
- SOAP / REST API troubleshooting
- XSLT, XQuery, XPath
- Oracle WebLogic Server
- SQL \& PL/SQL
- Production support and debugging expertise
- Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL/ITSM)
- Oracle SOA Suite 14c exposure
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Monitoring tools for middleware systems
- ITIL certification or tool experience
