### **Your tasks**

• Operate and support enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments
• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of production systems
• Monitor applications and platforms; handle incidents and problems according to SLAs
• Perform troubleshooting across application, OS, and platform layers
• Identify and automate recurring operational tasks using scripting and standard tools
• Leverage advanced / AIOps\-enabled monitoring features to improve operational efficiency and incident prevention
• Support containerized applications, including Kubernetes operations
• Work closely with the Team Manager, development, infrastructure, and external partners
• Support application\-related activities such as deployments, upgrades, and migrations

### **Your qualifications**

• 3\-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Qualification in computer science engineering
• Solid hands\-on experience in Application Operations
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Practical automation and scripting skills (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Basic to intermediate experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
• Structured, reliable, and solution\-oriented working style
• Ability to work independently in an international team
• Fluent English
