Application Support Analyst

Tesla seeks a highly motivated Application Support Analyst to join its global support team. The ideal candidate excels at building rapport with business users while resolving complex technical issues within enterprise-level systems. Core responsibilities include owning the end-to-end integration of Tesla's software applications, collaborating directly with developers and users to diagnose and solve problems in real-time, and managing tickets from a globally distributed user base. When permanent fixes are not immediately available, you will create effective workarounds and document thorough troubleshooting guides. Additionally, you will be tasked with setting up automation and monitoring to proactively maintain system health. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, customer service orientation, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
