Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability.
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and provide timely solutions.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
