Job Description
- *Location:** BKC / CST / 2 Fort
- *Experience:** Minimum 1 Year
- *Employment Type:** Full\-Time \| On\-site
- Provide L1/L2 technical and application support to customers
- Analyze, write, and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reports, and issue resolution
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database\-related issues

Monitor system performance and ensure application uptimeLog, track, and manage support tickets within defined SLAsCoordinate with Development and QA teams for issue escalation and fixesSupport UAT, production releases, and post\-deployment activitiesMaintain clear documentation of issues, root causes, and resolutionsCommunicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates and solutions- Minimum 1 year hands\-on experience in SQL
- Strong understanding of databases and application support processes
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹550,000\.00 per year
