• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a talented 3D Artist with expertise in SketchUp, D5, Enscape, and V\-Ray Renderer to create photorealistic architectural and interior visualizations, including renders, walkthrough videos, panoramic views, and 3D superimpositions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop detailed 3D models for architectural and interior designs using SketchUp.
• Arrange furniture and set up realistic lighting using D5 Renderer.
• Create lifelike textures and materials for photorealistic visualizations.
• Interpret and modify AutoCAD drawings when required.
• Import and optimize SketchUp models in D5 for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with the design team to execute architectural concepts.
• Create hyper\-realistic renders, walkthrough videos, panoramic views, and 3D superimpositions.

• *Requirements**

• Proficiency in SketchUp/3ds Max and V\-Ray/Corona Renderer, with a focus on photorealistic lighting and materials.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Hands\-on experience in importing and optimizing SketchUp models in 3ds Max.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of AI tools for modelling, rendering, and video creation will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
