• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• *Court Layout \& Technical Drawings**

• Prepare accurate 2D court layout drawings for tennis, basketball, badminton, pickleball, and multi\-sport facilities based on client site dimensions and requirements.
• Create detailed technical drawings with full dimensions, markings, and surface specifications for both single\-court and multi\-court complexes of all scales.
• Develop 3D visualisations and rendered views of proposed court layouts to help clients and dealers understand the final look before execution begins.
• Adapt Pacecourt’s standard court templates to specific site dimensions provided by dealers or clients, ensuring all drawings are accurate, compliant, and ready for presentation.
• Maintain a well\-organised library of all court drawings, templates, and design files for easy retrieval and reuse across similar projects.

• *Client \& Dealer Support**

• Respond promptly to drawing requests raised by the sales team on behalf of dealers or clients, ensuring turnaround times are fast enough to support the sales cycle.
• Coordinate directly with clients or dealers when site\-specific clarifications are needed, collecting accurate measurements, orientation details, and other inputs required to complete a drawing.
• Work with the marketing team to create high\-quality visual layouts and court renders for use in brochures, case studies, presentations, and social media content.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation sent externally maintain Pacecourt’s premium brand standards in terms of presentation, labelling, and accuracy.
• Support the creation of project\-specific documentation for large institutional or government clients where formal drawing submissions may be required.

• *Site Visits, Compliance \& Quality**

• Visit project sites occasionally when required to take measurements, assess site conditions, or verify that a proposed court layout is feasible within the given space.
• Ensure all court drawings comply with relevant sports federation standards including ITF court dimensions, line markings and surface specifications.
• Review completed drawings for accuracy before they are shared externally, maintaining a zero\-error standard on all client\-facing documentation.
• Stay updated with standard court dimensions and marking requirements for all sports in Pacecourt’s portfolio including pickleball, tennis, basketball, and badminton.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• B.Arch, B.Tech (Civil), or equivalent degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 3 to 5 years of hands\-on experience in architectural or technical drawing, preferably in sports infrastructure, construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory. Working knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D visualisation software is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience preparing both 2D plans and 3D renders, with a portfolio of completed projects to share at interview.
• Familiarity with standard sports court dimensions and federation specifications (ITF, BWF, FIBA) is preferred; training will be provided

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
