Genpact has a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager in its expanding Orchestration Group to support global customers.

We are seeking Technical Product Managers (TP Ms) to support the Success Project. These roles are designed to complement the work of existing TP Ms enabling faster product planning execution and delivery. While the existing TP Ms focus on strategy roadmap alignment and stakeholder engagement the contract TP Ms will provide hands\-on support in solutioning requirements management execution tracking and hypercare stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Project Management of product\-based solutions
• Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Tracking monitoring \& reporting on project progress quality of deliveries budget consumption and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify mitigate and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enforce Service Now best practices and governance standards.
• Provide consultancy to customers on Genpact Digital products
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and building a long\-term relationship with key customers
• Platform Solutioning \& support by Performing L1 and L2 solutioning on the Service Now platform.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to refine requirements and validate feasibility.
• Requirements \& Story Management
• Break down PR Ds into detailed user stories.
