Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPMProvide architectural governance and standardsSupport complex solutioning and pre\-salesSkills \& Experience
- Strong architecture experience in ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integration architecture
- Experience with enterprise integrations and custom apps
