Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Architect to develop architectural designs, prepare drawings, coordinate with consultants, and support project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure that projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and client requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other project consultants.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, local development control rules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and design expectations.
• Review contractor drawings, material specifications, and technical submissions.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, specifications, and project documentation.
• Identify design conflicts and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain drawing revisions, project records, and documentation.
• Support project timelines, quality standards, and cost\-control objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
